Crazy Mexico Mexican Restaurant

There are usually 2-3 components to our family adventures: a fun activity, good food, & comfortable accommodations. Even when we’re not staying away overnight, we usually stop for a bite at a restaurant.

Packing lunch helps us save money for dinner purchases. Because we’re creatures of habit, when we find a place with good food, we visit numerous times. Such is the case with Crazy Mexico Mexican Restaurant.

Nestled snuggly in the heart of Haw River (Alamance County, NC) is this quaint little restaurant. Vibrant colors & a welcoming atmosphere makes it even more enjoyable. My family has visited many times & I don’t remember a single complaint. From the portion sizes to the taste of each dish, we’ve been happy patrons. Even my daughters want it whenever they’re craving mexican food.

After a recent purchase, I decided to start sharing more of the restaurants we frequent during our adventures. I’m no food blogger but I can surely share our experiences. My hope is that if you decide to visit an area we’ve posted about, you’ll have an itinerary of sorts. We can give you something to do, a place to dine, & a place to stay when applicable.

Now to the food.

The tacos… oh how we love the tacos! That’s what we ordered our last time there. Let me tell you… so dang good.

Choripollo Tacos

Three flour tortilla tacos, grilled chicken, cheese, pico de gallo, & avocado. Served with a side of spanish rice & black beans topped with cheese.

Each order comes with chips & salsa. I enjoy the salsa so much, I usually order an extra. In addtion to these tacos, my youngest wanted a single beef quesadilla. Our order came to $26.16. This food fed three of us.

I have tried other dishes at Crazy Mexico but I don’t have pictures. Next time, I’ll share to Instagram for visuals. Follow me on IG & turn on post notifications for updates. We’re always on an adventure!

Afterwards, you can head over to Crazy Mexico for a tasty, filling meal. Of course, your experience may be different from my family’s but I’d like to know what you think.

Just so you’re aware, all staff members were wearing masks as required. Guests are also asked to wear masks at least until seated. Please share with me if you see differently.
