Back down memory lane.😍😭 The first photo is of my grandmother.❤️ I've always been told I look a lot like her. She loved & spoiled me endlessly. (My dad's mother) ------------------ Once upon a time, these family members were a part of the collective that made up my entire young world. Some memories of/with them are vague, but my heart remembers because I can feel the love. That never fades. My great aunt. ❤️ She lived the longest of them all. I was still able to visit her in my twenties. I miss that. (My grandfather's sister) My uncle. ❤️ I had the least amount of time & memories with him. He died when I was very young. (My dad's brother) My grandfather. ❤️ He died a few years after my grandmother. They were married for over 40 years (If I'm not mistaken). He also loved & spoiled me beyond measure. LOVE a good car museum, but I didn't expect my oldest daughter to end up in a vehicle Doris Day once owned! 😱 Add in Marty McFly's DeLorean and the Shark Roadster, and you basically have time travel. Memphis continuously rewarded our curiosity.

"Attack on Titan." That's the first thing my daughters said. Are you an anime lover, too? In this case, meet the troll, Little Sally! A Thomas Dambo creation made solely from reclaimed scrap wood & other wooden objects. I came across his sculptures online years ago, but never thought I'd see the work of this Danish artist in North Carolina. Now we have 7! Located in Raleigh, High Point, and Charlotte, each troll tells a story about protecting the "Grandmother Tree." Crowds have lessened a bit, so it's time to see them all. Sounds like a good weekend plan, right?😉 If you're not in NC, do a little research to see if Thomas Dambo has hidden a large surprise in your area, too.
