Kotis Street Art Outdoor Gallery

My adventurous nature won’t allow me to sit still & I’m fine with that.

While doing online research, I came across Kotis Street Art & discovered the company created an outdoor art gallery. Big boards, bold colors, & impressive artwork??? I’m there!

In Greensboro, NC, on a plot of land adjacent to a small shopping center, is the Kotis outdoor gallery. All of the artwork is done by street artists. I don’t think you have to be local but it’s best to inquire if you’re interested in contributing. Marty Kotis is the founder/owner of this project as well as many other projects throughout the city.

Art is not only in the park but is displayed on the shopping center itself. Make sure you take the time to look around you. There’s more to see than just the main attraction.

Artists have put their signatures/handles on the boards so feel free to look them up & support. You can always share their work & credit them as well. Tag Kotis Street Art while you’re at it.

My daughters visited the park with me. It took about 30 minutes to walk the entirety of it. Maybe longer because we took photos & video. There isn’t much shade so I recommend going during lower temperatures or the coolest parts of the day if possible.

As I mentioned, a shopping center is next door if you have a bathroom emergency. There are also convenience stores & restaurants all around for your convenience. Be mindful of COVID restrictions. Not every business is open & accessible.

I will return as the project progresses & more murals are completed. There are quite a few empty boards awaiting the magic touch of an artist’s paint brush. I’m curious to see what other gorgeous murals will call this place home!

More street art adventures are in the works so be sure to stick around. If you’d like to see our full experience at this park, watch the vlog below & subscribe to our channel to explore with us.
